I was never satisfied with my runs in this map, so here's an updated one using a standard plan using a well known Barricade setup.

This map makes me love Cygnus' Feign Death ability as well. Sleep and ambush. I also ignore Gnolls as hard as I can since they don't take Rift Points if they escape the map.

Colosseum is a mess, it lives up to its name and it throws everything the main campaign has to offer at you.

I use a combination of Tar, Deep Freeze, Boom Barrel Dispensers and Window of Butterflies, to deal with most enemies from above since there is no ceiling to work with. Shock Zappers are mainly used to thin out the Fire Fiends and Fire Elementals/Lords from the basement.

Wave 5's Ceiling Laser and Tar are the anti-Sapper measures. One or two rarely manages to survive through it, but it mostly takes care of them reliably when set like that. It also has the added benefit of taking shields from most Orcs as well.
