I'm ready to return to the September format of a new upload every Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. The final episode of Castlevania Month will be delayed until Monday to commemorate Halloween.

In this episode, we wake up in the Kislev Capital 's Prison District, where we are integrated in the pretentiously-named Baptismal Ceremony, which has nothing to do with actual baptism. Basically, it's five consecutive boss fights ending with a confrontation with the big boss Rico. We're supposed to lose this fight, but due to our maxed out stats, it was simply faster to go for the win. We meet a fellow inmate named Hammer (who looks like an anthropomorphic capybara) who can sell us stuff and is a sycophantic informant, and we reunite with Citan. We learn of the only way to have our collar removed and to earn our freedom is to win a Gear tournament and defeat the reigning champion Rico. So that's what we set out to do.

Also, we pick up some Dog Food.

In an unrelated note, it appears the Gazel Ministry is up to something.
