Day 21-23: Wistful Wild (WW); All Treasure Collected!

The start of the video is just showing the different Pikmin 2 intro backgrounds (bg) since this is the final video of the main story. Awakening Wood and Perplexing Pool are similar to each other so I'm assuming the intro bgs go in order of locations. I also show the Pikmin 2 title change Easter egg by pressing the R button. Thanks goes to the Pikmin wiki for that info.

The final cave, Dream Den, is the last (dangerous) journey left. We get the remaining treasures and complete this adventure. I didn't have the motivation to do the challenge mode which unlocks the video, Louie's Dark Secret, that shows why the company went into debt.

Well just know that in that bonus video that Louie is the reason why the company went into debt in the first freaking place! He lied about the golden Pikpik carrots. HE ATE THEM! That is the reason why my opinion of HIM changed when I saw that long ago (LOL)!

Anyway, I definitely remember my experiences with Dream Den in the past. It's why you see me take things slow by letting Olimar survey sublevels and if possible let him to the fighting instead of the Pikmin.

By now you realize I value the Purple Pikmin lives over the others because you need 100 to get that big heavy treasure (Doomsday Apparatus / DA) near the beginning of WW. It is one of the main reasons why I restart.

The Titan Dweevil is what I considered to be the true final boss of Pikmin 2. I love this thing mainly due to the ever changing music that happens when you battle it.

It has 4 parts / treasures (5 if you include that dumbass) on it and each has it's own hp...unfortunately you can't see it. You'll know when a part's hp is low when its attack becomes different. When the 4 main treasures are down, you can start attacking the main body.

Yellow Pikmin can reach the Titan Dweevil easily for attacking but you must be careful for when it uses attacks that's not electricity. I go for the Monster Pump first because its range can hit anywhere and it's annoying.

Later on I try using White Pikmin to attack the Comedy Bomb but I see that was taking longer since I kept missing it so I went back to the Yellow strategy.

I did start using the Reds for the Flare Cannon since I can reach it when it's attacking thinking its faster. Also I know I could use the sprays but I have this odd habit of me not using things like that unless I'm forced to. I'm a hoarder.

Day 22 is me just having some fun while also gaining at least a total of 100 Purple Pikmin for the last remaining treasure, DA, in WW which we spend doing in Day 23 to complete this whole adventure.

I enjoy this game despite some issues with it. Maybe in future I'll do an even better play-through of this.

By the way (other than me waiting for certain music to loop once), I apologize for the delays in certain spots. I thought I paused OBS when my family needed me but it seems it didn't register the input. There are rare times that happens and it's irritating.
