Pros and Cons of Job Hopping

In the past, it was very common for someone to stay at a job for a good amount of time, for about five years or more, before they decided to begin phasing out of their current job and begin searching for a new place to work. But nowadays, job hopping has become the norm with today's generation of jobseekers, and while there maybe some benefits to staying at a job for less than two years before moving on to a new company, there are still plenty of risks that come along with it. For this video, I will be sharing with you some pros and cons that come with job hopping, and give my take on why it has started to become a normal thing in today's job market.
