For some reason only 30 fps when the MGS2 port on the vita is 60, but it is almost as bad as the 3DS version except the 3DS version fixes some things to make it a bit easier like having a crouch walk and third person aiming like peacewalker, but this one is basically the same as the MGS2 vita version with the terrible controls and bad framerate during the more intense parts like cutscenes
