The TAS might be able to skip the CBSJ that's done here by being able to trigger ECBSJs without grabbing a ledge, by doing an SJ or ESJ to skip the ledge where the CBSJ is done. But this is either way in theory the fastest way to finish this level I think. If anyone knows a faster method, feel free to suggest.

UPDATE: If you enter this level from the previous level and don't re-load FC 3, then the ECBSJ should work, regardless of whether you grabbed a ledge or not, so the TAS can easily skip the CBSJ on the higher ledge in the first room
