This mode is Random but usually occurs the third time you play the demo and it can be difficult to beat. If you get the mode and die at any point you cannot restart and have to wait for it to trigger again randomly. It is exclusive to this demo and the difficulty is very hard. As you can see even though I jumped through the window I still got caught even though Dr.Salvador was still coming up the stairs. Anyway its probably too early to see if anyone has beaten this mode but let me know if you've seen it.

Edit: people have been beating this mode I’m still struggling with it the reward for beating it is 10,000 psts so I have some tips

First encounter you are going to get grabbed so just run through those other two ganados after you use the knife and before you head up to the window grab the green herb

Shoot the crow because it might give you some gunpowder but it usually is gold so idk. Use the break open option for barrels in case it wears down the knife.

Upon passing the wolf go left and open a drawer in a broken house for some hg ammo

When you get to the second encounter be ready to parry attacks cause and watch out for the bear trap on the way to the last guy in the house before the village. Pick up handgun ammo flash grenade and red herb

When you get to the village go right when the lady ganado goes left and head up to the house inside should be a hand grenade. If you follow the path along the gate that goes to the village entrance behind the gate you can get another grenade (but it can be random and might be resources). After that go alongside the back right side of the village passing the cow picking up a red herb. Continuing forward you’ll get spotted so you want to jump in the window to your left grab the grenade in their jump back out and make a mad dash for the house that triggers the cutscene. Break the boxes behind the stairs Grab a first aid spray hg ammo and gold head upstairs for the shotgun and grenade in the cabinet and if you can the shot gun shells by the bed where the window was broken by the ladder then head out of the unbroken window on the right wait for Dr. Salvador (which should be fast) and unload the grenades and shotgun as much as possible. You can also flash him first and follow up with a melee stab but this also destroys the knife and you might need to parry the knife and missing the window to attack can be fatal and he’s FAST so watch out. From there try to kill him and survive and hopefully you’ll get the 10,000 psts.
