Sankarea Undying Love Review
5Chihiro Furya is a male high school student who is obsessed with zombies, collecting zombie-related videogames, films, and manga, and even wishing to "kiss a zombie girl." Following the death of his pet cat, Babu, he attempts to resurrect it using an old manuscript that describes the process of making a resurrection potion. At this point, he meets Rea Sanka, a girl who has run away from home.
In an attempt to commit suicide, she drinks a sample of the "resurrection" potion made from the poisonous herb Hydrangea macrophylla, but it does not kill her. She falls off a cliff by accident after an argument with her father; however, as a result of the potion, she transforms into a zombie. Despite becoming undead, she chooses not to consume human flesh and instead survives by eating hydrangea herbs.
