๐บ Enemy stats scale according to game progression.
๐บ Item randomizer logic depends on enemy randomizer.
๐บ Key items, Skills, Prosthetics, Memories and Health upgrades are randomized to "anywhere".
๐บ Item bias set to 30%: "Slightly better rewards for difficult and late locations. Key items will usually be in different areas and depend on each other.".
๐บ Skill tree is random
๐บ Edited in-game text to give hints
