Continuing my hunting/foraging/fishing/looting expedition around Ivarstead, I loot Nilheim (which is completely friendly) and then go for a ride over a couple of waterfalls to grab some treasure. Then it's up one-shot a Sabre Cat (I think it was wounded though) and then on to totally pwn a Troll my wife and I ran away from earlier on in our original trip up to Ivarstead.
