This recorder came to me in a haul from a family that was looking to get rid of things. Its in great condition but some of the belts have worn and degenerated. The fake leather around the outsides has also held up to wear and tear/test of time quite well. Its always a treat when you can get hardware from an individual who takes good care of his things.
Its interesting how the buttons aren't labeled with what they do. You gotta guess and try to figure out. I didn't think this would be the type of issue Sony would get away with, but it was a super early time back then. Sadly I don't have the microphone.
