We start by climbing up the wall, and collecting Gold Skulltula #95 directly behind us once we reach the top. Next we use a timed Bombchu to blow up a boulder on the wall and let the sunlight in on the switch to open the next door. The next room is the main chamber that connects the child side to the adult side, here we jump down and light the torches to get the Dungeon Map. Afterwards, we push a statue onto the switch to open the door above us and enter it. In this room we find another Silver Rupee puzzle, we collect all the Silver Rupees to light a nearby torch. Using this torch, we light all the other torches and get another Small Key before moving the sun face block into the sunlight to unlock the doors. In the next hall we find Gold Skulltula #96 before moving into the next room and encountering an Iron Knuckle. Iron Knuckles are the strongest and most deadly of all the Mini-Bosses in the game as they can deal around 4 to 5 hearts of damage to us with one hit. The best strategy for dealing with them is to lure them into attacking, and then attack while they are getting ready for their next attack. After a while they'll lose their armor and are best dealt with by running circles around them and firing arrows at them as an adult or just quick stabbing them as I did. Once defeated we enter the door behind the throne to get to the Silver Gauntlets, but find out that the Sorceress Sisters have kidnapped Nabooru. Once the scene ends, we return to the Temple of Time and revert to adult form before returning to the Desert Colossus to begin the Adult side of the Spirit Temple.
