Special Cybernetic Attack Team is an NES game developed by Natsume who is better known these days for series such as Harvest Moon. I don't know all that much about this game myself, although I do believe it got a Limited Run Games re-release a little while back, so that's hopefully a sign that it's pretty good! Natsume also made Abadox for the NES and Pocky & Rocky on the SNES, so I'm certainly not worried.

S.C.A.T. ended up being so short that we even had time to beat Secret Scout in the Temple of Demise! What a crazy game that was...
