Use Gears with Active Skill Damage such as Witch, Achilles, Despair.

The boss performs an active skill every 10B increment. This needs to be interrupted with a stun.

Strategy: Right before Ariel performs her active skill at 10B, burst as much damage as possible with your Ryu's skill used last. After the boss's 10 second incapacitation has worn off, use all your skills again with Ryu's being last. Repeat this cycle until 80B. The goal is to overcap as much damage as possible at the beginning.

An alternate strategy involves Yui, Lugrant, (Ryu/another buffer), Mia. In this team set-up, everyone will eventually die except Yui and Mia. Put Yui in the back slot and she can solo heal Mia. Mia's skill can block Ariel's active skills at the 10B+ increments.

If you don't have a strong Yui, you may try and opt for a sustainable team like Lugrant, Airi/Ymir, Vivian, Mia and try to survive as long as possible.
