39Elite Bundle #13 is out and it features 3 brand new cars in a Lancer, an MC20, and a 917K...and if I were you, I'd just settle for the Lancer as discipline wise, it's an actual competitive car, unlike the other two.
Top Speed: Above Average
Acceleration: Above Average
Nitrous: Above Average
Cornering Speed: Average
Handling: light and agile, though it still has those Lancer traits that prevent it from being OP, specifically the body roll, the understeer, and the significant loss of speed in corners.
Performance: among all the Lancers in SR, this one has better acceleration and very strong nitrous. Top Speed is lower than the other Lancers, but even on top end tracks like Temecula Wineries, this car's power allows it to smoke them.
Conclusion: fastest Mitsubishi in SR that you can buy, as the fastest Mitsubishi in SR as a whole is still the No Rules 3000GT VR-4. Who knew a rally racing 4G63 Gran Turismo legend would completely outclass the 4B11T new kids (well old kids now that the Lancer's been dead for some time).
