The Crew Motorfest is releasing in September and it will also bring back the popular weekly Summit competition from The Crew 2. In the closed beta this past weekend we already got to try a Summit as well and I was able to get a top 10 overall rank across all 3 platforms combined. Here you can see my best runs in all 9 events.

The closed beta Summit "European Luxury" was all about British cars with two races each in street race tier 1, street race tier 2 and the hypercar discipline. We also had 3 slalom skills.

One thing that wasn't so great was the traffic in two of the skills. I wish the game would ghost the traffic for slaloms, just like Forza Horizon does for their speed zones and drift zones in recent games.

It also looks like some people already found hacks or exploits for the game, as a few of the top scores were obviously not legit. Hopefully this won't be a large issue in the full game at launch.

Otherwise the Summit was fun though and it's awesome to be able to compete across all platforms now.
