SOMA takes place in an research facility under the ocean sometime in the future. The player takes control of Simon Jarrett, who blacks out during an experimental brain scan at a doctor's office and regains consciousness at the facility.

With similar gameplay and story-telling mechanics as Amnesia: The Dark Descent, how will SOMA perform in the video game market?
