I go through the Spirit Temple as Adult Link, and we see that Master Quest can create a paradox. After activating the rusted switch, I have to go back to the past to get the treasure chest that appeared from it. After getting the Small Key that is inside, I go back to the future, and try to figure out how to get the other chests at the entrance. I fail at doing so, and just continue onward. After going through a few puzzles (including a Block of Time one that would be annoying at first), I eventually get the Mirror Shield. I get the Boss Key after that, so I could complete the temple, but I need to take a detour to get the game's final Gold Skulltulas. There's actually a fun puzzle that deals with the six normal songs, but the room has an annoying Club Moblin.

Nonetheless, I eventually make it to the boss, and defeat both Nabooru and Twinrova. I get the final Heart Container, and Nabooru is awakened as the final Sage. I go back to the Temple of Time and get the Light Arrows from Zelda, then head to Ganon's Castle and save.
