Welcome everybody! To Let's play The Wild Eight Gameplay, part 2. Last time in The Wild Eight we managed to make a camp and leanr how to gather basic goods and craft basic tools! We also had a fight with the wolfs in the night and we managed to freeze to death! In todays episode of The Wild Eight we will make tools, fight with wolfs and die from cold aswell! But with a new character – Cole. Cole is, I belvie, a better set character for solo playing in The Wild Eight he is the strongest from the all in melee combat and combat is in The Wild Eight something You will have to face at the begining of The Wild Eight but also till its very end. We start from the very begining to change also the difficulty level from normal to easier as The Wild Eight is very grind and after each death of the character if you plan to play solo you will lose everything! Your talent points, your upgrades, your weapons your tools, tho the items your character have been wearing will drop on the ground and the chests will remain in place same as the camp fires but only that. Time ot move! Once again we set up a little camp at the starting location near the crashed plane in the first section of The Wild Eight, we build the basic tools such as the axe and pick so we can gather some materials. We also need to catch a bit of the animals. In The Wild Eight the talnet points work a bit different then in other games. How does the talent works in The Wild Eight ? It depends on what job do you do, if you fight you will get talent points for fighting, if you get damaged you will get talent points for defenses, if you gather you will get talent points for gathering, if you catch wild animals you will get bonuses to drop from animals and how to capture them and so on. We need to make the workshop to level two with it we can craft our first Armour and as well our first trap to capture rabbits, the meat is the best food in The Wild Eight and the more dangerous the animal we will deal with the better the quality of meat we will get! The rabbit meat is good but the deer and boar meat is way better! If needed and if we get attacked by wolves we then can also get a good quality food but then again remember wolfs in The Wild Eight are a big issue and will fight back same as the boars but the boars are not as dangerous as wolfs. The rabbits and the deer won’t fight back so its a good idea to hunt them. Tho the rabbits are a bit to fast to chase them! How to catch rabbits in The Wild Eight? You need a rabbit trap that comes from the workshop level 2, with it set the trap near a rabbit but remember not to scare the rabbit away as it will waste the trap! Put the trap in safe distance and move away sooner or later the rabbit will get catches in to the trap and you can get some meat from him! In order to get bones in The Wild Eight we will need specific talent points so don’t expect to get the bones right away from any rabbit you deal with, you may actually have to first get the talent points and the maybe even try to hunt town bigger animals such as the deer. To upgrade the workshop to level two and three you will need just stone and wood!
