Uncle Sam (1996) | Horror Review
5Jody is obsessed with his Uncle Sam who went off to war. When Uncle Sam's body is shipped back home to be buried his past comes back. When teens desecrate his soon to be grave he rises from the dead to kill all those non-Patriots in the small town during their independence day festival. Jody is the only one that can help get Uncle Sam back to his grave.

I thought this film had a solid primary story with secondary plots falling flat or used as reasoning for later events. There was no build of emotion for these secondary plots. The camera work and special effects though build the primary storyline up enough to not be brought down by these smaller plots.
