The Druid is an Indie, Action Roguelike Side Scroller with Pixel Graphics and Procedural Generation that is also 100% Free! Wild!

The Druid is a sort of Hollow Knight lite in the making, but replaces the metroidvania, with Procedural Generation of the Dungeon.
Like Hollow Knight, you wander the map, exploring, jumping, and slaughtering monsters for souls to strengthen your character, but with The Druid, you have the random dungeons, helping to keep the exploration and combat feeling fresh, along with much less backtracking and wandering where to go and what to do, in case that is a thing that annoys you.

Upgrading your character in The Druid is different and unique: you locate crosses in the random lvls, and spend some amassed souls to upgrade 1 of your body parts, imbuing it with a random selection of 4 chosen elemental / magical affinities, like light, fire, earth, or water.
These upgrades are broken down into Runes for offensive powers, Essence for defensive, and is Spirit for Utility; providing quite the selection of potential powerups for the run.

Controller support is present; and there is a two hands on keyboard control option if that is something that interests you.

The Druid is offering a fun, challenging Side Scrolling Roguelike with random dungeons that is easily worth a watch.
