In this part, we start out the Arbiter's Grounds. We cross the first room's quicksand carefully with the Clawshot and well timed jumps before using the Clawshot to grab the chain from the quicksand, and opening the gate. We grab the nearby Small Key and make sure to use the Lantern to scare off the Scarabs. (Make sure to refill the lantern if needed!) In the next room we take on an army of Stalkin and light the torches to open the way to the next room. Now in the main room, we see 4 lanterns steal the flames keeping the door to the 2nd part of the dungeon open. 3 of which leave, while we fight the 4th which turns out to be a Poe. After collecting Poe Soul #38, we sniff the left over rags to get the Poe's Scent and search the two corners of the room to get Piece of Heart #27 and the Dungeon Map. We then use our wolf form to dig up some nearby sand and pull the chain that's revealed to open a secret passage nearby allowing us into a spiral room. We turn the bar in the center to spin the room and fight the ReDead Knight to get to the next Small Key. Next we return to Hylian form and use the Clawshot to pull ourselves up through the room and into the next room where we fight and collect Poe Soul #39. We then reverse everything and backtrack to the main room. Once we arrive, we climb the stairs and enter the door directly behind us before using the Small Key on the nearby door across the room. In this next room we navigate our way up to the main platforms and move the cage block into place. We then climb up and pull the chain back along the block to raise the giant chandelier enough for us to cross under it before it falls. Moving on, we head to the back of the next room to find the Compass, before actually spinning the room. After doing so we fight off another ReDead Knight to get our next Small Key, which we use across the way. In the next room we quickly move across a few quicksand rivers before fighting another army of Stalkin and the ReDead Knights behind them. (You may want to use your Clawshot or Bombs to stun them long enough to cross the quicksand, or else they'll stun you and the quicksand will do what it does...) After clearing the room, we enter Wolf form and dig up another chain revealing Poe Soul #40 behind a secret wall. Moving on we enter the next room and grab our next Small Key easily only to have the lights go out. While in Wolf form we use our senses to see Ghoul Rats that will weigh us down over time and take them out before leaving. After doing s we find ourselves upstairs in the min room and cross over to the other side. Now in another chandelier room, we move the cage block into place and pull the chain back as we did before, but this time we stand in the center of the shadow under the chandelier to climb up it when it falls and move on.
In the last room of this part, we encounter Stalfos which we must use Bombs in order to finish them off and prevent them from coming back. (Bomb Arrows are instant kills!)
