The arena is a large square room with a circle of quicksand in it that moves downhill towards Stallord. There is also a Spinner track surrounding the circle of quicksand.

Stallord's Attacks: In the 1st Phase, Stallord has a breath attack that he will try to use while we are on the Spinner Track, he can also try to crush us with his hands as we pass by. When we break 2 segments of his spine, bladetraps will appear on the Spinner Track. In the 2nd Phase, he will spit fireballs at us while we close in on him, after enough damage is done to Stallord, bladetraps will begin appearing on the Spinner Tracks.

Strategy: As soon as the battle starts, we hop onto the Spinner and ride straight down before spinning into Stallord's exposed spine and breaking a piece off. Once we regain control, we will automatically be riding the Spinner Track and must jump off to hit Stallord's spine 2 more times. However a variation of stalfos will appear out of the quicksand to block us like a pinball game, forcing us to maneuver carefully. After we break the 3 segments of his spine, Stallord collapses and the room drains of all its sand. We head to the center and jump on the Spinner to lodge ourselves in place before spinning non stop to raise the platform and enter the 2nd Phase.

In the 2nd Phase Stallord, now just a skull, knocks us off the platform and we must ride the Spinner up the Spinner tracks along the wall. Once we see Stallord we wait until he fires a fireball, and jump to the opposite wall, repeating the process until Stallord is right next to us. Once he is, we spin off the wall and into him to stun him before running over to slash at the sword Zant stabbed into his skull. After enough damage is dealt Bladetraps will begin appearing along the Track as well. We repeat the process again, making sure to switch sides when approaching a bladetrap, or to dodge fireballs, until we defeat Stallord.

In the end, we climb to the top and take down some Shadow Beasts to make a portal at the Mirror of Twilight, only to find it has been broken by an evil power worse than Zant.
