In this part we continue the Arbiter's Grounds. In the first room in this part, we light the front torch, then the 1st in line, to open the wall leading onwards. In the next room we find and take down Poe Soul #41, then return to the main room. Once in the main, with all 4 torches re-lit, the gate opens to the 2nd half of the dungeon. We then move to the next room and jump all the way down before grabbing the bar and pushing ourselves up. We explore each of the floors until we find the Small Key, then push the bar all the way to the bottom to find the locked door. The next room is filled with a spike maze and Ghoul Rats, instead of following the obnoxious maze, we simply use Bomb Arrows to blow up the spikes and move straight through. Once on the other side of the room, we pull out the stone slab and run past. In the next section of the room, we carefully maneuver past the platforms and bladetraps before finding Ooccoo in one of the nearby jars. In the next room, we carefully avoid the spinning spike trap and take out all the Stalfos in the nearby room to open the gate. We then pass the gate and jump across the room to reach the Mini-Boss. In this room, we find a sword pinned down by sealing tags. We cut one to weaken the seal and the Mini-Boss, Death Sword, breaks free. We enter Wolf form to see him and attack once he turns blue. This causes him to become visible normally, so we return to Hylian form and shoot him with an arrow to make him howl and fly around the room. Once he stops we dodge his attack and shoot him in the face with an arrow to stun him, before slashing at his face and repeating the process. Once we win we cross the room and claim the Spinner. We use the Spinner in the grooves in the wall called Spinner Tracks and escape the room. Back in the previous room we use the nearby Spinner Tracks to move on through the room collecting a few rupees as well as Piece of Heart #28. At the end of the very long path of Tracks, we open the door to the next room and claim the Big Key. After crossing another set of Tracks, we end up back in the main room of the 2nd part of the dungeon. We insert the Spinner into the floor marking and spin non stop to spin the room around revealing a large room with a platform in the center. (You can spin to the top of this room for health items, then simply jump to the center and grab the closest ledge to reach it, I just got a lucky spin to get there) Once we manage to reach the central platform, we lodge the Spinner in place again and spin non stop to raise a spiral Spinner Track up to the roof. We follow the Spinner Track all the way to the Boss Door.
