If Boruto is to defend himself, he must become someone else, he must become something else, ie he must truly embrace becoming Otsutsuki and blending the advantages of being Otsutsuki with the fundamentals that come from Boruto being a trained shinobi and the best one who can guide him down that path is Sasuke Uchiha!
