8CRISIS CORE --FINAL FANTASY VII-- REUNION is a action RPG developed by Square-Enix as a Remake of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII that first appeared on the Sony PlayStation Portable exclusively back in 2007. Reunion is a complete remake, rebuilt in the same engine as Final Fantasy VII Remake, with a few quality of life changes. Reunion released worldwide on December 13th, 2022 across multiple platforms.
We join Zack Fair, a 3rd Class SOLDIER under employ of the ShinRa Electric Power Company, a hungry conglomerate bent on capitalising on the use of Mako energy, a power source derived from the Planet, itself. We join Zack as he has various encounters from the war with Wutai, through to meeting Aerith and to his ultimate end, as witnessed in the original Final Fantasy VII.
