This is business as usual for Capcom, and more importantly, the Japanese gaming industry as a whole.

Why this is the game that people have decided to finally take a notice of when when the absolutely acclaimed and loved Monster Hunter World has $591.20 of DLC available for purchase. Before tax, of course. This isn't the first time for Capcom. Resident Evil games have these sort of MTX as well.

This isn't new for the Japanese gaming industry either. This is commonplace. Time saving microtransactions that cut out gameplay.

So, why, is this the title people chose to get up in arms about? I don't know. Monster Hunter is by far the greatest aggressive threat of MTX from Capcom but here we are.

Don't buy them. Just don't reward them with the MTX.
