Manor Lords, a medieval settlement development sim is here, albeit in early access.

For a game as deep and complex, that looks as great as it is, and with as many inter-working systems that it has, it's hard to believe that it's the labor of love of a one man development studio at Slavic Magic.

This is an early access title worth checking out, especially if you're into city building and settlement style sims.
