This is a review of the original 2016 “Awesome Edition” DVD of Dreamworks Animation’s “Kung Fu Panda 3.” This is the third film in the “Kung Fu Panda” series, which many people thought to be the last, but it’s not as “King Fun Panda 4” is coming out this Friday from Dreamworks Animations and its parent company, Universal Pictures. The film follows Po as his master, Master Shifu, is retiring. Po was elected specifically by Shifu to become the new trainer of the Furious Five, although he is reluctant to do so because he is terrible and inexperienced at giving orders. Po wants Tigress to be the new leader because she is way more expensive at giving orders. Among all this chaos, a supernatural Kung Fu villain named Kai, whose species I don’t know, but possibly a water buffalo. Kai has a really evil scheme to destroy Kung fu and become the greatest Kung fu warrior of all time. Meanwhile, Po enters upon a mysterious village of fun-loving pandas. Po gets an idea, he will train the pandas to defeat Kai and restore the power of Kung fu. Will Po, the Pandas and the Furious Five be able to defeat Kai before he destroys Kung fu forever? Find out in Dreamworks Animations’ Kung fu Panda 3. On Friday, you’ll get to see the next step of Po’s journey, “King Fu Panda 4,” coming Friday to a theater near you. NOTE: Soundtrack on Sony Classical, a division of Sony Music Entertainment. 🐼🇨🇳🥋🐒🐍🐯🐅🐃
