Somewhat budget team. Requires Iela's Violin on Adlay. And you can easily get screwed over by RNG due to dispel chance on Iela's not being 100%. So it isn't exactly accessible... Could just swap Adlay with Iela out for another unit that naturally has dispel on S1 with a decent chance of activation, or S2/S3 dispel with low enough CD.

Basically, gear up Adlay and give him Iela's Violin. Give Schuri 100% Crit Rate and good speed gear -- or Unity Sets with the 100% Crit Rate and decent speed. Jecht and Lots you want to max out with as much Speed as possible so they can drop as many buffs on your team as they can as well as provide enough HP and defense so they don't die too easily (my Jecht is undergeared -- that's why he died).

Tactic here for Floor 100 is to make sure the attack buff is disabled whenever the boss attacks. So CR push Adlay with Lots, or push Schuri so he can push the entire team and get Adlay to cycle with his S1. If you manage to disable immunity, use Adlay S3 to try to delay the counter buff. If the counter buff becomes activated, push Adlay to the front as much as possible to disable it. If attack buff is disabled, either push Schuri up or let the next round of turns before the boss acts run naturally. Then repeat with disabling buffs again. Full team healing comes naturally between Jecht and Lots buffs when allies take turns -- and they take a good number of turns from all the CR pushing

This is basically the tactic I use for Floor 95 as well. Yeah, there's a chance of failure, and it takes forever -- but it can clear. Honestly, there's probably better teams out there that are budget, so it's probably better to use those instead if you can find them.
