Ghost Meryl came to Los Perdidos!
NOTE: If you give the survivor an item it will just float there it will not be used. In my case I just had a floating axe.

I ran into this glitch not too long ago, and after a quick internet search where I found absolutely nothing on the matter at hand I decided to take it upon myself self to illuminate people as to how to get rid of this pesky glitch.
