We are breeding for PERFECT IVs!
Breeding Perfect Pokémon is not the big ordeal it was back in earlier generations. As a trainer that use to RNG his Pokémon I welcome the change and hope to share it with people so that more will partake in the competitive world.

Step 1: Beat the game, Max your Style in Lumiose, Get Hatching Power
Step 2: GET A Talonflame! (Flechinder works)
Step 3: Have a friend in your Friend Safari with Dittos and catch A LOT of them.
Step 4: Collect the necessary items
-You must obtain the Everstone in Geosenge Town
-Destiny Knot in Cyllage City
-Power Items can be obtained from the Battle Mansion, they are not mandatory but they are incredibly useful.

Things to know about IVs:

- Every Pokémon has 6 IVs, one for each stat, and they range from 0 to 31. These are determined upon first encounter. An IV of 31 is considered a perfect IV, with these stats growth will be maximized upon level up.

- Under normal circumstances IVs are chosen randomly, but when breeding you can pass down IVs from parents to babies. There are many ways to manipulate what gets passed down, and if done properly, you can get 5 perfect IVs fairly easily.
