6Fallout 4 is a post-apocalyptic first-person shooter with RPG elements with settlement building. Celebrate the discovery of some old glue! Watch out for the ghouls! Suppress some local raiders! There is a main goal, but it's an open world, so you can ignore it.
Most text is available in Russian. Navigate inventory, get to know your enemies, read subtitles, peruse the backstory through terminals. Most gameplay-relevant text is shown with single words and short phrases in menus and the HUD. Quest descriptions come with short sentences. More verbose text can be found in computer terminals. Fallout 4 is a good for beginners in learning to read Russian.
There is no Russian speech, so it won't exercise listening.
Fallout 4 supports mods, which are mostly in English. They also tend to replace Russian text with English.
