Most text is available in Russian. The interface shows the names of NPCs, locations, and items in single words and short phrases. Quest descriptions and dialogue have copious quantities of verbose verbosity, demanding close attention and careful reading. The Outer Worlds is good for beginners in learning to read Russian.
There is no Russian speech, so it won't exercise listening.
