Is The GTX 960 Still Worth Buying?
When it first released, Nvidia's GTX 960 GPU provided an excellent and affordable 1080p solution thanks to the $200 price tag. These cards came in both 2GB and 4GB variants and launched amidst some strong competition, but even when I took a look at them upon initial release I was fairly impressed.
So almost 2 years on and we're taking a look back at the 4GB version of the card to see how it holds up, and discussing how or if it fits in to modern PC gaming in 2016.
Our Zotac GTX 960 4GB has been paired with an i5 4460 and 8GB of DDR3 Ram, along with the MSI-H81M-P33 motherboard, Windows 10 and a 550W Corsair PSU
The games tested include Fallout 4, Grand Theft Auto V, Rise of The Tomb Raider and Assassin's Creed Syndicate. Today's gameplay during discussion is Skyrim Remastered Special Edition.
Thanks for watching :)
