In all seriousness, everything evolves into crabs so it makes sense that they'd be somewhere in this place. Heavily armoured and possessing powerful crushing claws, they have large health pools and move with great speed thanks to their many legs.
Fortunately, the group has the skills nessecary to take them out. Ivrekk and Eyes can pelt them with spells with the assistance of Chee's arrows. Once they get up close, Onara can smash through their armour with her warhammer. So long as we don't get surrounded and have small breaks between each one, we should be alright.
