After clearing all the "romance" substories (47 to 51), heading back to Revolve will initiate the final substory of the list. As Ichiban drinks with Chitose and has to take a toilet break, she'll notice him getting a... risqué text on his phone, no matter your reply she won't be convinced, and the arrival of the other women that are into Ichiban will only make things worse.

After poor Ichiban wakes up in Revolve, the Bartender will come in and chat with him, talking about his own near-death experience after a shootout and a fall from a ruff- I mean, roof, confirming his identity for long-time players. He'll then clarify that the text message was some advertising from him, which means Ichiban went through hell because of a misunderstanding.

The silver lining is that you get a 5-point increase to Ichiban's Defense stat, that's something!
