tiny circumstance is a bitsy game for bitsy jam, which according to the page is "a small rotatable scene, accompanied by a stream of thoughts." For my perspective, it's a cool technical short/micro visual novel or visual poem I guess. This is made by starbage, who made HalOPE, and a number of other game I've also already played in the channel, like Saturn's Rising Temperature, and Computer Genealogy Mantra(and I misremembered the second word's starting letter of having an A, which you can also hear in the commentary.)
Overall, this game/poem is a beautiful and touching to read. It is basically about, well as the theme of the jam anyway, long distances, and chances to ever meet people, especially friends/loved ones/etc that are faraway, how often missing them at times, etc. I can feel and sympathize with the poem. I, too, wish to meet some friends in real life, but again with my current state, I couldn't. For them being envy, I both sympathize and empathize on it. Still hoping I would be able to meet some... someday.
As for the other things to note in this bitsy, the visuals are technically cool! Still reminded me of the game I recently played, spell of snow, tho that was TIC-80 (the kind of upgraded PICO-8), which is also a technical marvel. Love the arts and pixel, and how you can rotate it, tho the game broke on it, when you finished the run/readthrough and restart the game, like let it loop as you press/click, and can no longer interact/freeview the 3dscape.
Overall, again, a touching poem/writing.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
