0Welcome to Noxhampton: the most average megalopolis in the whole world! We've got a small, domestic airport in the middle of nowhere, a tiny tourist district in which most of the businesses have gone out of business, a prison on a hilltop right by our largest low-density residential area, and an international airport squished right between two highways. Sounds like paradise, am I right or am I right? Well, at least now we can bring law and order to this ruthless city, where criminals can get away with crimes because of the lack of police presence in certain districts. Might as well throw a bus stop or two right by the prison to allow our cims to see their futures, should they decide to step out of line. Authoritarian state? Maybe. Just maybe.
