From Asia, we move further south to Australia! More specifically, we visit Ayers Rock and find a landscape with... well, not a whole lot of anything special. There's just a big rock and roads going to nowhere and tons of greenery. I guess the bright side is that there's plenty of space to make a park. The not so bright side? Our guests are super price sensitive and don't enjoy paying ridiculous prices for rides. This cuts deeply into our profits, so much so that we have to resort to taking out a loan. Ultimately, it's difficult to run advertising campaigns to get people into the park. Will we be able to draw in over 1500 guests by the end of Year 3, or will we fail yet another campaign?

Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 is a game that I've played since I was just a wee teen-aged Nox, and it's a game that I've looked forward to playing on the channel since first starting out. I undoubtedly owe my intense interest in the CMS genre to this game and its predecessor, and I can't imagine what type of gamer I would be today if I hadn't been introduced to RCT by my computer teacher at the time.
