Im Spiel übernimmt man die Rolle von Warren, einem Mann der sein Leben bisher im Rollstuhl verbrachte doch durch einen neuen Job die Aussicht versprochen bekommt, wieder laufen zu können. Zwar wird ihm dieser Wunsch erfüllt, jedoch geht dabei auf die furchtbarste Weise alles schief was nur schiefgehen kann und Warren muss fortan um sein Überleben kämpfen.

In the game you take control over Warren, a man who has spent his life so far in a wheelchair, but a new job promises him to be able to walk again. Though this wish is granted, it is granted in the most horrible way possible and everything that can go wrong goes wrong, so that Warren now has to fight for his survival.
