Update: As of May 25th, 2019, this category has been renamed through a widespread community vote to "Ganon Source Requirement." This was done to create a more fitting definition, as some were bothered by the fact that you are technically not wrong warping despite the fact that you are using the technique. Ultimately, naming this category based on restrictions was no longer favored.

After a 6 month hiatus, I come back to do runs for a couple days and took back WR! I haven't had WR since my 1:15:59 on November 3rd, 2016, which was beaten May of this year. It was the longest standing No IM/WW record, possibly the longest standing record in OoT speedrunning history.

Quite a few new strats since my old run including a more recent Boat Skip and the introduction of the "bombs early" route for 1.0 which goes to DC starting adult section and does Shadow and Spirit back to back. Child section has some updated strats and this was my first sub 17 child section, though it could've been better (my best is a 16:53 currently).

Pretty good run up to Minuet/Hookshot, and then pretty strong from there until Forest Temple. One of the worst mistakes was falling off the tree in Forest. It was a very clumsy mistake considering I was trying to play it safe, and overall this was my worst Forest Temple in any PB for years. The fall alone costs 15s. This was just about the only thing I didn't really practice since coming back x) I normally do a sharper down left turn, but it won't be an issue from now on. Overall lost 40 seconds in Forest, so this was very bad.

This run is otherwise pretty solid and was capable of sub 1:14, my current goal time. I didn't think I would be this close to achieving it after 3 days back. I could get sub 1:13:30 with a better good run, but once I get a 1:13 I will probably be satisfied for awhile. There's thoughts about sub 1:13, but I'm turning my attention to All Dungeons for now.

Timelosses:

5s in child section (Bad rupee route movement and extra buffering on owl skip)
10s on Minuet segment (Failed to clip past mido with first megaflip, and goofed up sidehopping behind the moblin)
12s on Hookshot (Farming for extra bombs and bad Dampe race)
40s(!) in Forest Temple (Falling off the tree, bad SoT block skip, bad first Bow Stalfos. Gold is very unoptimized)
~5-10 to Twinrova [RNG] (Pretty good fight but nothing special, just a double or quickshot could save me 5 seconds. My gold here is basically perfect (quickshot double followed by fast double) so it's not easy to tie.
~10s on other small errors throughout the run (mostly movement related)

And a few seconds to megasidehop trial skip (at the time I thought it wasn't much slower)

PS: I split late on Zelda, so there is a fake gold on Master Sword. I fixed the splits back after the run.

Also, the !help relates to a fundraiser I'm running, attempting to make some money in a time where I'm broke and still on the hunt for a job out of college. I thought about re-recording the run without the splits on the side, so hopefully it isn't too distracting.
