Testing out some random Pocketstation games. If u don’t know pocketstation is a memory card peripheral released only in Japan. It’s similar to the Dreamcast VMU. I transferred these games to my pocketstation by using ulaunchelf and a USB flash drive on the PS2.

I’ve discovered a way to do it on a unmodded Ps1/ps2 as well but it requires burning one of those PlayStation Underground discs that contain “Download station” to a cd. This method also allows regular Ps1 save files to be transferred.

I came up with this idea when thinking about how to include RPG maker save data files with a disc so users won’t have to use dexdrive or a ps3 usb memory card adaptor.

It might be a cool idea to someday create a Download Station style game that contain a ton of Ps1 save files and pocketstation games
