I take a look at ShockraTease's 30:15 speedrun of the Trevor Only route for Castlevania III: Dracula Curse. Generally solid gameplay across the board, but in addition to the massive time loss in 5-0A there is a lot of movement cleanup that will add up to a lot of time over the run. At this point, I would recommend more aggressive save state practicing to clean up the mistakes.
