Good enough improvement with the dumb frame perfect jump. Slowest time out of everyone, as expected because he's the worst character for many stages due to horrible tricks.
0:09 - The flight here saves about 0.1-0.2 seconds if done well - It's annoying, but I'll take any excuse to show off Tails flight actually being useful. This is thanks to him having a terrible forward trick, since using a good forward trick would be faster than flying.
0:24 - This jump through the rail is pseudo-random and frame perfect. But it lets you keep all your speed so it's much faster than slowing down to avoid the rail. Screw this jump.
