Welcome back to Sonic Chronicles,

This time we continue our exploration of the Marauders' hideout in the Mystic Ruins, when we make our way into a certain room we run into Knuckles who just escaped from the Marauders by defeating the robots guarding him.

Knuckles tells us that the Marauders took the last Chaos Emerald and are now looking for a way to get to Angel Island and take the Master Emerald.
Knuckles is also able to tell us that the leader of the Marauders is called Shade, and that she is the one who told the Marauders to keep the guardian alive, and lastly Knuckles agrees with our idea that these Marauders might be working with Eggman.

Now we have to find a way to reach Angel Island which has moved away from above the Mystic Ruins, so now we first have to find Eggman to make sure he isn't on Angel Island already, but Tails is able to make an Eggman tracker in order to find the doctor.

Now we have Knuckles who together with Tails Sonic and Amy completes team Sonic and gives us access to some of the most powerful POW moves in the game with the Hail Storm and Triple Tornado, Knuckles himself is also able to pierce defense which is something you want to make a mental note of for some very defensive enemies later on in the game.

Now that we have the tracker we can use that to get close to the doctor, so we first make our way to the entrance to the Mystic Ruins, where the tracker starts to beep like crazy but before we can get our barring's we are knocked over by a black spindash going past us so now we need to find out not only where Eggman himself is but also why Shadow the Hedgehog is setting of the Eggman Tracker.

After finding that the tracker goes of in the Central City general store we learn that the owner was ripped off by someone who gave him a broken machine from Eggman, so we have to find this peddler now too.

When we get to Green Hill we find the peddler and get him to return the item he took from the shopkeeper, after this we continue to search Green Hill now that Knuckles can help us climbing the walls and in a tall tower we manage to find Cheese and return him to Cream, who after this chooses to join our party thus giving us access to the best healer in the game, she is very difficult to use due to her POW moves having the hardest mini games associated with them and failing even a single one makes her fail the entire move.
