Growing up in the early-mid 2000's, you were either one of these kinds of kids.
You either grew up with Friv and enjoyed a classic and iconic flash game experience full of silly fun adventures and wacky demos, or you grew up with Newgrounds and enjoyed an endless assault of frankly very edgy and teen-focused games.
...or you grew up like me and used Game Fudge, which was like a mix of the two and it's not even a thing anymore so... I mean you tell me who missed out more-

It's kinda funny to me because I hadn't realized until years later just how many times I used Newgrounds as a little kid.
I mean, I played Skullkid a thousand times and like, I mean I didn't understand it but I liked it.
Dad n' Me, Chaos Faction 2, Newgrounds Rumble had the word Newgrounds in the name and focused entirely on both the site and its most iconic characters, and yet I didn't piece it together what the funny fighting game with Salad Fingers was.

Now there were a few games I left out... well mainly just one big one which is Pico's School.
I left that one out for, well, reasons I kinda hope are obvious to why posting the footage to my channel isn't the first thing I think of when I think of a good idea.
Also, I know I'm not the best case example for someone to give knowledge or experience of what it was like in "The Golden Age of Newgrounds" because I didn't actually experience it first hand.
Sure I played a lot of the games on it... well only really like 4, but that wasn't exactly enough to write a full video essay in the description about my experiences.

I know a lot of people nowadays will think of Friday Night Funkin when they hear or see Pico, that's not a bad thing though, the same goes with Madness characters and like, a hundred other pieces of fiction, it's just how things go.
But for me, I'll never think of anything else when it comes to Pico other than the most wonky fighting game with the most confusing camera ever, and I am perfectly ok with that.
