Transformers 2024: Movie Franchise Could Be Going To Sony?! what's going on you guys this is your boy RBG aka the random black gamer bringing you another video on the Transformers films I originally wanted this video to be dedicated to Transformers 1 but we have a major thing to tackle and that's going to be the state of the Transformers film franchise and how it could potentially land in another company's hands but before we dive into the main topic I want to ask you guys to do me the biggest favor and like this video and if this is your first time on my channel don't make it your last be sure to subscribe if you want to stay up to date on all the Transformers movie news but yeah guys as I was saying the Transformers film franchise seems to be in a weird spot if it hasn't been made apparent already these movies aren't pulling in as nearly as much money as they did back when Michael Bay had control of the property and his formula of beautiful noise over substance was very effective at the box office the newer projects have been suffering from that stigma ever since he left and Paramount has been trying their absolute best to reinvigorate the franchise but to no avail the movies just aren't pulling in those numbers anymore and it leaves the question if they will continue to try to produce these movies because they are for all intents and purposes big CGI blockbuster movies and usually when you have those type of things you know that there's a lot of money that needs to be spent in order to bring these characters to life that's not even counting the promotional cost used to put people in these seats pumping out $100 million isn't a small feat there's a risk and reward Factor there and I don't think Paramount.
