Videos I've cancelled
1The music is "New Year's Day" from Animal Crossing: New Leaf. I was originally going to put that in text at the start, but when I tried to use the text editor, Adobe Premiere Pro v13.1.5 crashed so hard that it restarted my computer. PowerDirector (V7 and 14) crashed a lot in the text editor, too. Is it because they can't register too many button inputs at once?
That wasn't the only time it crashed, but it was the most spectacular. I'm going to be sticking with it, though, because unlike PowerDirector, I can export videos as MP4s, and lowering the volume of a clip doesn't make it gradually get louder. (Seriously, who thought that was a good idea?) Meanwhile, DaVinci Resolve's timeline goes millisecond-by-millisecond and I couldn't figure out how to change it, and I couldn't figure out how to trim a clip in Lightworks.
The Tragic Tale of the Original Female Red Ranger will involve a lot of cutting between short clips, so I hope I'll learn to deal with those issues. I haven't finished the script yet.
Also, I'm planning on getting a better microphone. My current one came from a pair of Turtle Beach headphones, and recently it's had a problem where my recordings sometimes have a buzzing noise.
