This is a Group-A match from the World Cyber Games (WCG) USA 2002 qualifier. It was a USA-only Quake3 LAN tournament, for the WCG Grand-Finals that was held in Korea later that year.
The event was held on Oct. 5th, 2002 in New-York City.
The players in this video are Victor "Makaveli" Cuadra (USA) and John "ZeRo4" Hill (USA)
The game is Quake III Arena + OSP (a mod for competitive play).
The map played is PRO-Q3DM6 / The Campgrounds
The tournament format is BO1 or Best Of One matches.

I sadly could not find the POV demo from Zero4 for this match.
